¶ Upload
ariadne.ai SPATIAL keeps all your data secure in one place. To upload new data go to the dataset management window which you will see directly after logging in. If you are seeing the main window use the red DATASETS button in the top left of the navigation panel.

Click on + DATASET button. A small window will open where you need to name your new dataset. Afterwards you will be forwarded to the Upload panel.
The term dataset is used here for one slide or region of interest (ROI). An experiment will consist of multiple datasets. Please use the + FOLDER button to create a new folder in which you can arrange all datasest from an experiment.

Drag and drop all file(s) belonging to the dataset you want to upload.
After the upload has finished click the red SUBMIT button.
Your dataset will now be converted into our image format to ensure best perforrmance in our software. You will be notified, as soon as it is available.
